Experience Noka Minshuku with the master of “Slow Life”
Michinori-no-YadoStay in this 130-year-old house surrounded by beautiful rice terraces and experience the good old “Slow Life.” Chop wood by yourself and make a fire to heat your bath. Make a pizza topped with the vegetables you harvest in the field and bake it in the stone oven. Get a big bamboo from the grove and make a flume for the fun nagashi somen noodle experience... The more you try, the more joy you will feel.
The bath, stone oven and kitchen oven are all made by the owner. He is a true master of Slow Life. If you wish to start a Noka Minshuku, ask for his advice.
